Farm delivery software for CSAs and farm-to-door businesses

Sell your harvest online and get it to the door.

Run CSA shares, weekly farm boxes, pickups at the farm and home delivery from one account. Members swap what they don’t want, you pack to a list that’s already right, and payments come in on time.

DBP is farm delivery software for CSAs, farm stands and farm-to-door businesses. Farms use it to sell boxes and add-ons online, let members swap items and pause deliveries, accept SNAP/EBT, plan pickup and delivery routes and bill customers from one account.

Ways to sell

However your members buy from you.

A full-season share, a box every other week, a dozen eggs added on Monday night or a bag of tomatoes at the market. It all comes from the same products and customer accounts.

CSA shares and farm boxes

Sell full-season shares or weekly and every-other-week boxes that repeat until the member changes them.

Swaps and add-ons

Members swap items out of this week’s box and add eggs, bread or honey before the order deadline.

Seasonal and pre-order items

Open pre-orders for Thanksgiving turkeys, strawberry flats or holiday boxes, and limit them to the weeks you have them.

Pickup and delivery

Offer pickup at the farm, a market or a drop point next to home delivery routes, with a different order deadline for each.

SNAP/EBT

Accept SNAP at online checkout through our USDA-approved integration, and EBT in person on PAX A920 Pro terminals.

Farm stand and market

Ring up sales at the farm stand or market stall with DBP POS, from the same catalog as your web shop.

One dashboard

Run your farm like a delivery business.

Generic farm shops stop at checkout. DBP keeps going: routes, drivers, payments and the reports that tell you what’s selling.

  • Orders, deliveries and payments in one place, not three apps and a spreadsheet.
  • Skips and vacation holds that members set themselves, so you're not fielding texts on harvest day.
  • Packing sheets and bag labels printed in route order, so boxes go on the truck in the order they come off.
  • Reports on sales, renewals and lapsed members, so you know who to email before next season.

A harvest week

How a CSA week runs on DBP.

The same four steps every week of the season, whether you pack 40 boxes or 400.

Step 1

Members make changes

Members swap items, add extras, skip a week or pick a different pickup spot in the web shop or the Mobile Shop App.

Step 2

The order deadline passes

Orders lock for that harvest day, and your pick list shows exactly how much of each crop to bring in.

Step 3

Pack and deliver

Pack from route-ordered sheets and labels. Drivers follow the route in DBP Drive, and pickup members get their box at the farm.

Step 4

Get paid

Cards, ACH and SNAP/EBT payments land on each member's account, with the order they paid for.
